If an item you ordered online is no longer needed, you may return it within
30 days of receipt. You will be responsible for all costs related to shipping the item back to Legend Brands.
To be eligible for return,
the item must be unused and in original condition and in the original packaging, plus include all documentation.
Before returning your item, you must obtain an RMA number. To do so, email a photo or scan
of your purchase receipt, your phone number and address using our
Customer Service Form.
Returns without an RMA number cannot be accepted.
When returning an item, please use a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance to cover the item’s value. If the item is damaged in transit to our location, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once the item has been received and a refund has been approved, we will contact you to obtain the information needed to credit your account, minus the original shipping charges and any promotional coupons applied to the purchase price. If it is determined that the item is not eligible for return, we will contact you with an explanation.
